Draft Overseas Mobility (Facilitation & Welfare) Bill-2025
This is to bring to the notice of all concerned that Govt of India is planning to introduce Overseas Mobility (Facilitation & Welfare) Bill-2025 which is proposed to replace the Emigration Act, 1983. Accordingly, the said draft bill is attached herewith for information and views/suggestions of all concerned if any.
